Overview
IC Housing (StructureCircuitHousing) in Stationeers: device, hash -128473777, 50 W. With build steps, 11 IC10 logic values and connection diagram.
The IC housing is where an Integrated Circuit (IC10) goes. It connects to the network with a data port and has its own power port; base draw is 50 W.
A program reaches devices in two ways: through the six pins d0 to d5, which you assign to a device on the housing, or by name with lbn and sbn – then without a pin limit. Inside the program the housing itself is db.
Its Setting value is readable and writable and appears on the housing’s display. s db Setting r0 is therefore the simplest way to make a reading visible. Mode switches the display between number (0) and text (1). LineNumber shows which line the program is on, Error reports an error.
Before you start: every main loop needs a yield, and the program must never run past its last line. The basics are in IC10: control a device by name, the full course in the IC10 academy.

Example: address by name
Reads Setting, shows the value on the IC housing and writes On. Name the device with the labeller first; devices with the same name are addressed together.
# IC Housing address by name
define DEVICE -128473777 # StructureCircuitHousing
define NAME HASH("IC Housing") # name in game (labeller)
define TARGET 1 # On 1 = on
alias value r0

bnan value start # no device with this name
s db Setting value # show on the housing
