How it works
Form
You pick your areas and fill in your details. This opens as soon as all requirements are met.
Aptitude test
A general part plus one part per area, one question at a time with a time limit. Pass mark 80 %.
Send and talk
You send the application for the areas you passed. Dominik reads it himself and gets in touch by email.
Probation
After a yes you work on probation for 30 days. Once it is confirmed, you receive the “Crew” badge.
No guarantee of acceptance
Neither a passed aptitude test nor a completed IC10 academy guarantees a place on the team. Dominik decides on every application himself and may decline it without giving reasons.

Read the code of conduct
Everyone on the team sticks to these six points:
- Confidentiality: what you see in tickets, reports and user data stays within the team.
- No sharing: no screenshots, copies or excerpts for third parties, not even for friends.
- A friendly tone, even in an argument, under criticism or when the same question comes up for the fifth time.
- No self-promotion: do not advertise your own servers, channels or mods in the name of the team.
- Report conflicts of interest straight away, for example when friends, your own content or rival projects are involved.
- Use team permissions only for team tasks, never out of curiosity or for your own purposes.
Breaches can end the probation or the collaboration.
