Overview
Integrated Circuit (IC10) (ItemIntegratedCircuit10) in Stationeers: electronic part, hash -744098481. With recipe and 3 IC10 logic values.
The IC10 is the brain of every controller. It holds the program that reads sensors, does math and switches devices. On its own it does nothing: it needs a holder, usually the IC Housing or the IC Housing (Compact).
According to the game data many other things have a slot for the chip, among them the air conditioner, the filtration unit, the electrolyzer, several suits, the survival belt, the Laptop and the Advanced Tablet. db then means the device the chip sits in.
It is made in the Electronics Printer, already at the first tier. You write the program at a computer with the IC Editor Motherboard or in the IC10 editor on this site.
The limits of a program: 128 lines, 90 characters per line, 4096 characters in total, registers r0 to r15 and a stack with 512 entries. The chip runs up to 128 instructions per tick, and a tick lasts 0.5 s.
Two rules always apply. Every loop needs a yield, and the program must never run past its last line – otherwise the chip stops without an error message until you take it out and put it back. The introduction is in IC10: your first chip, the full course in the IC10 academy.

3 logic values, 3 readable and 0 writable.

This thing is not on the data network itself. Read its values through the slot it sits in, or through db if the chip is inside it.
