Utility Bus 1.0.1: English console and more tolerant IC10 strand selection
The console command is now also called utilitybus, all output follows the game language, and IC10 finds strands written in UPPER case, lower case or with a capital first letter.
The console command now also has an English name, utilitybus, with networks, strands, info, set, disconnect and settings; all output and the window title follow the game language. In IC10, put 0 HASH("Name") now also finds the strand when the chip writes the name in UPPER case, lower case or with a capital first letter, so HASH("o2") hits the strand "O2". get 0 still returns the hash in the spelling shown on the display, so existing chips and saves keep working as before.
In multiplayer the server and all players need the new version.
