Expert credits for the chatbot
If three expert tasks a month are not enough, you can now buy packages of 10, 25 or 60 tasks for the IC10 expert – paid via PayPal, with an invoice by email.
The IC10 expert of the chatbot writes, checks and fixes IC10 chips. Three tasks per month stay free for every member. If you need more, you can now buy additional tasks on the purchase page:
- 10 expert tasks for €4.99 (€0.50 per task)
- 25 expert tasks for €9.99 (€0.40 per task)
- 60 expert tasks for €19.99 (€0.33 per task)
All prices are final prices. As a small business I do not charge VAT (§ 19 of the German VAT Act). You pay once via PayPal – there is no subscription.
How it works:
- After payment the credits are added to your account immediately. You get the confirmation with a link to the invoice by email; orders and invoices are also listed under My account.
- The month’s free tasks are used first, then your credits. The chat window shows how many you have left.
- Purchased credits do not expire over time. If an expert answer stops because of a technical error, you get the task back.
- Purchased credits are not paid out and not refunded; statutory rights remain unaffected. If you delete your account, unused credits are forfeited.
To buy you need an account with a confirmed email address and your consent to the updated terms. Everything else on the site stays free – including the chatbot with instant answers, the standard tier and the three expert tasks per month.
