Improved Creative Mode

I would like a more traditional creative mode that removes friction when you just want to build or design stuff.

You can currently do some of this with the Authoring Tool, but I find it clunky to use and would rather have access to its functionality without wielding it.

The main thing would be to remove the item consumption when building. I want the items in my inventory to not be consumed when I build things. This would allow me to spawn the items I need, put them in my inventory, and then swap them into my hands to use them without ever running out.

The second thing would be instant building, allowing me to put down structures without intermediary building steps.

I would also like some QoL changes to the suit:
• Removed suit power usage, providing infinite light and A/C without maintenance.
• Removed suit waste generation; the waste canister never has to be emptied.
• Removed suit oxygen usage; the oxygen tank never has to be refilled.

You can already work around most of these things by ignoring the warnings or turning the audio off, but removing the hassle would be ideal. The character does not breathe in creative mode, so the oxygen and waste warnings are due to the suit's temperature regulation.
