Review week 40: bits

The expert level started with bits. For review:

• Binary and hex: %1010 is 10, $FF is 255, underscores make long numbers readable.
• Bitwise logic: and tests and clears, or sets, xor toggles, not flips all bits.
• Shifting: sll/sla to the left, srl logically and sra arithmetically to the right.
• Rotating: rol and ror shift in a circle – within 54 bits.
• Bit fields: ext takes a field out, ins puts one in, at most 53 bits long.

You pass from 60 %. You can solve the math questions in your head if you think in binary.
