Ingot Stacks

All ingots stack up to 5000 instead of 500, and the value is adjustable in game, from 500 to 16,777,216.

• Applies to every ingot: iron, copper, gold, silver, lead, nickel, silicon, steel, electrum, invar, constantan, solder, the superalloys and ingots from other mods.
• Furnaces cast bigger stacks accordingly, the game's furnace as well as the Electric Furnace and the Electric Smelter.
• The setting MaxBarrenProStapel in the LaunchPad mod settings takes effect immediately, also on ingots already lying around in the world.
• If another XML mod also sets an ingot stack size, Barren Stacks wins.

Multiplayer: the server and all players need the mod. The server decides the stack size and sends it to everyone on join and on every change.

Important: if you lower the value or remove the mod, bigger stacks shrink to the new limit on the next load. The rest is gone. So split them first and make a backup.

Why at most 16,777,216? The game stores amounts as floating point numbers. Above that it can no longer count down by exactly 1, and a furnace would duplicate ingots.
