Transformers from 10 kW to 1 GW, a grid stabiliser, switchgear bays with busbar and a live network diagram – and distribution boxes with circuit breakers and load shedding.
The Substation is on the Workshop. Power engineering for large stations, every part with a custom model:
- Transformers: 10 kW, 100 kW, 500 kW, 10 MW, 100 MW and 1 GW – with losses, temperature, fans, overload and protection trips.
- Grid stabiliser: a capacitor bank that smooths fluctuating wind and solar power or holds a fixed output.
- Substation: incoming and outgoing bays on an unlimited busbar, control desk with a live network diagram and emergency stop.
- Distribution boxes: switch box, small distribution box, sub-distribution box with reserve changeover and main distribution cabinet with priorities and load shedding.
No connection ever carries more than 95 % of the weakest cable. For GW power you need Power Cable+, Fluix U or the busbar. The server and all players need the mod.
