ShuttlecraftMkII

ShuttlecraftMkII is an entry in the game data that you will hardly ever see in a normal game. It has neither an English nor a German display name, so its internal name is shown here. There is no kit, recipe or trader offer.

What the data reveals: a movable object of about 5.1 × 3.5 × 6.3 m with two seats, driver in slot 0, passenger in slot 1. The game code contains flight values such as Shuttle.MaxSpeed 50, Shuttle.EnginePower 10,000, Shuttle.MaxPitch 20 and Shuttle.MaxRoll 5. It has no logic values or connections.

A comparison for scale: at 50 the top speed value is more than six times that of the Rover MkI (7.8). In the game code it is a drivable vehicle with a driver's seat, like the rover. It does not turn up anywhere, though: it is in no start condition, no scenario, no recipe and with no trader, and the Stationpedia has no entry for it. It has nothing to do with the traders' shuttles – those belong to a class of their own.
