Overview
Advanced Furnace (StructureAdvancedFurnace) in Stationeers: device, hash 545937711, 100 W. With build steps, 53 IC10 logic values and connection diagram.
The advanced furnace can do everything the Furnace can, plus the five super alloys. According to the recipe data it knows 30 recipes, the basic furnace 20. As there, mix, temperature and pressure in the 1,000 litre chamber decide which ingot forms, and ingots only come out with the mould open (Open). Super alloys have one special rule: one ingot uses 4 units of mix, not one.
The most important operational difference is two built-in pumps. SettingInput is the amount in litres the furnace draws from the input pipe per tick (0.5 s) – gas and liquid. SettingOutput is the amount in litres per tick it pushes from the chamber into the gas output; liquid goes to the liquid output with the same number of litres. Setting is the same value as SettingOutput. Both range from 0 to 100; from the factory they are at 5 (intake) and 50 (output). An example: SettingOutput 100 takes a tenth of the furnace gas per tick. The buttons on the device change the value in steps of ten, with the fine-step key held in steps of one, and the Labeller lets you type the value in.
The pumps only run while the furnace is switched on and powered. They also cost power: on top of the 100 W base draw, each pump adds up to 100 W in proportion to its setting – so 300 W at most.
Connections: chute input and output, gas input, gas output, liquid output, data and a power port of its own. It can only be placed on a frame. The kit Kit (Advanced Furnace) comes from a tier 2 electronics printer, so you need the Electronic Printer Mod first. It is built in four stages with one electronic part, five steel sheets and the screwdriver.
Recipes, windows and an IC10 example for pressure control are in Super alloys in the advanced furnace.
