Banking System 1.0.4: one bank for all planets
Fly to Vulcan with Space Travel and your account is waiting there. Even when two planets book at the same time.
With the new Space Travel mod you travel between Mars, Moon, Venus, Vulcan, Europa and Mimas. To bring your money along, from 1.0.4 the bank also keeps its data in a shared folder of the planet group: accounts, cards, PIN, authorised players, standing orders, loans and savings. It syncs every 2 seconds, on save and when leaving the world.
If several planets run on their own servers at the same time, two planets can book at the same moment. The bank then merges both states: balances, interest and loan payments are combined as differences, so every booking counts exactly once. Account histories are joined and sorted by time. Each planet server hands out its own account and card numbers so nothing overlaps, and only one server advances bank time so interest, standing orders and loan instalments never run twice.
The save keeps its own bank file as before. Without Space Travel nothing new happens; to play each planet with its own bank, switch "VerbundSpeicher" off in the settings.
