Review week 5: names and style

This week made your programs readable and freed them from the pin limit. The quiz checks what you need in every chip from now on:

• define and alias: names for fixed values and registers. A define must not have another define name as its value – that gives NaN.
• Workshop style: header, numbered sections, Kelvin value with a Celsius comment or CELSIUSOFFSET, only labels as jump targets.
• Constants and namespaces: pi, rgas, nan, Color.Red, GasType.Oxygen, LogicType.Temperature – and where bare names apply.
• HASH, lbn, sbn: type hash plus name hash instead of a pin. Device names in ASCII only.
• Prefabs: display name and prefab name differ, some are misspelt in the game.
