Appliance Seed Tray

The appliance seed tray is a sorting box for your seed stock. It has twelve slots of type plant, so it takes seed packets, fruit and anything else that fits a plant slot. It needs no power.

As an appliance it belongs in an appliance slot. The benches have such slots, for example the Bench (Workbench Style). There it stands within reach next to the microwave and the like.

Seeds do not decay in the game, fruit does: potatoes, tomatoes and the other crops have a decay rate according to the game data. For crops stored longer the Fridge (Large) is the better choice: according to the game code it cools by itself. The Fridge Small does not cool on its own, it only equalises its air with the connected pipe. For seed packets, on the other hand, the tray is ideal – with twelve crops in the greenhouse each gets its own slot.

It is made in the hydraulic pipe bender from 10 iron, 5 copper and 15 silicon. It can be painted. How to get seeds is covered in Compost, fertiliser and getting seeds.
