From now on the deep miner also drills for ice: water ice, oxite, nitrice, volatiles or any pure ice you like. Works for the electric and the combustion deep miner.
- A share of the drilling cycles delivers a stack of ice through the export chute.
- Mode Zusaetzlich (in addition, default): ice comes on top, the normal ore output stays the same.
- Mode Ersetzen (replace): each cycle yields either ore or ice.
- Ice types with weights, share of cycles, stack size and a planet filter are configurable in the LaunchPad mod settings, even while playing.
- Default: 30 % of the cycles bring 10 to 20 pieces, made up of water ice, oxite, nitrice and volatiles at 4:2:2:2.
The deep miner's logic value ExportCount also counts the ice deliveries.
On hot planets such as Vulcan or Venus, ice that lands on the ground melts. So run the export chute straight into a silo, a stacker or a sorter.
The mod runs on the host or server only; other players do not need it.

Frequently asked
I entered "Mars" as planet filter and now no ice comes out at all.
NurPlaneten expects the game's world ID, which is Mars2 for Mars and Europa3 for Europa. A plain Mars matches no world. All IDs are listed in the guide.
Do other players need Deep Miner Ice?
No. The mod only runs on the host or server, because that is where it is decided what comes out of the deep miner.
