Review week 28: energy management

Power is the backbone of every base. This week you learned to manage it rather than just measure it:

• Battery strategy: charge and discharge thresholds, a reserve for the night. The station battery's Mode is its charge level 0–6, for thresholds you use Ratio.
• Area power control: supplies an area, buffers it with a battery of its own and reports the PowerMode 0–4 in Mode.
• Load shedding: switch loads off by priority, reconnect them with hysteresis.
• Generators: start by charge level, not every other second.
• Energy balance: add up generation and consumption with Sum.
