Review week 29: grid and weather

This week was about the power grid under changing conditions:

• Wind: add up PowerGeneration with Sum, smooth it, let batteries buffer.
• Weather: the weather station reports with Mode and NextWeatherEventTime what is coming. Retracting protects the radiator – turning does not help the solar panels.
• Transformers: Setting limits what passes. Exactly equal to the demand is not enough.
• Cables: the flow is compared with every part, the weakest decides.
• Heat power: Stirling engine with hot and cold side, gas generator with 17 % power.
