Review week 32: fabrication

A week of fabrication:

• rmap: translates a reagent into the matching ingot – only on pins, only on fabricators.
• Fabricators: RecipeHash chooses, Activate 1 starts, a 0 cancels. CompletionRatio shows the progress, Open returns material.
• Recycler and centrifuge: break down and separate; the centrifuge fills closed and outputs open, from 400 it is full. The chip closes it below 1 unit already, because it never outputs rests below that.
• Ice and water: Setting on the ice crusher is a temperature, water freezes at 273.15 K.
• Checking raw materials: count slots with lbns and Sum, calculate the need, lock with Lock.
