Review week 49: remote control

This week was about things that are far away, and about panels that bring them close. For review:

• Satellite dish: Horizontal and Vertical aim, SignalStrength is an offset, WattsReachingContact ≥ MinimumWattsToContact means contact.
• Remote base: count heartbeats, commands with number and acknowledgement, send nothing blindly without a link, continue the number after a restart.
• Overview: one status per system, missing memory = fault, the most important worst system first, colour before number.
• Alarm centre: collect bits, a mask for danger, new alarms with not and and, acknowledging means seen, not fixed.
• Missions: phases with clear transitions, checklist as a bit word, the chip may trigger the return itself.
