The Ice Crusher turns ice into gas. The Gas Freezer (Gas-Gefrierer) does the opposite: it pulls gas or liquid from the pipe, cools it below its freezing point and turns it into pure ice. Handy for storing gases compactly, carrying them in your backpack, or trading them.

Building
Kit (Gas Freezer) from the Hydraulic Pipe Bender: 5 iron, 2 steel, 3 copper, 2 gold.
Set it up like an Ice Crusher, with a frame underneath. Connect power and the pipe.

The original device calls both connections "Output". On the Gas Freezer they are the inputs. Don't let the name confuse you.
Operation
- Choose the gas type with the two buttons on the device, or via IC10.
- The freezer pulls the selected gas type from the pipe and cools it in its chamber.
- Every 50 mol makes one piece of pure ice. The ice collects in the slot, up to 50 pieces, and doesn't melt there.
Gas that is already cold freezes much faster than gas at room temperature.

Every GasType except helium works, gases and liquids. The mod picks up new gases from future game updates automatically.

Known limitations
- No helium.
- Oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen ice melt very quickly once they are out of the cold. Put them in a Fridge or a Silo. Otherwise, with
AuswerfenWennVolland no cooling, it turns back into gas faster than you can say "cryogenics". - At most 50 pieces in the slot.
